I have time and time again found my exact symptoms on other women's blogs and felt an overwhelming sense of calmness they provided me. ReplyDeleteWhy would they think it's ectopic since they saw a yolk sac a few days ago? That is unfair telling you that you can't go on vacation. I am so sorry all this is happening :(
ReplyDeleteI had methotrexate and went on vacation a few days later and last year, had methotrexate and left for a work trip THAT day. Is that an option that would allow you to still go??

It's possible that both embryos implanted - one in the uterus and one in the fallopian tube, which could explain the hcg dip and rise a couple weeks ago. If the uterine one implanted first but didn't make it and the tube one implanted late... But we still don't know anything for sure. :(
